Problems with Idaho's Law Enforcement Legislation with Kieran Donahue
Kieran Donahue is the Canyon County Sheriff and came in to talk about specific objections that he had with some of the last minute bills being considered by our state legislature. Several bills came with additional price tags, some up to $5 million, that were unfunded mandates or shifted control of county deputies or police officers to outside agencies. Sheriff Donahue went step by step explaining why these bills presented problems to his office. Enjoy!
