Idaho's Starting Point with John S. Zink

John S. Zink is a Cadastral Surveyor in Idaho and came in to talk about the Boise Meridian Initial Point. Established on April 19, 1867, this initial point served as the cornerstone for surveys that mapped over 54 million acres under the Public Land Survey System (PLSS). Enjoy!
